Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 oz Don Julio Blanco tequila
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 fresh lime wheels for garnish
  • Chile salt (1:1 sea salt and ground chile peppers) for rimming the glass

Instructions

  1. Combine the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture over ice into a chilled rocks glass rimmed with chili salt.
