Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (chilled)
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar (or less to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1 cup hot, freshly brewed, strong black coffee
- Granulated sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- In a bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Warm a coffee cup or mug by rinsing it with hot water and drying it.
- Pour 1 1/2 ounces of whiskey into the cup or mug.
