Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat milk or other milk or nondairy milk

Instructions

  1. In a small heatproof bowl, combine instant coffee granules and sugar.
  2. Add boiling water and beat with an electric mixer on high speed until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Set aside the whipped coffee mixture for a few minutes to cool.
