Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup cold medium strong filter coffee
  • 1/2 cup heavy or regular whipping cream
  • Unsweetened cocoa (for dusting, optional)
  • Dark chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in a glass.
  2. Pour the cold coffee into the glass, filling slightly more than half the glass.
  3. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, using a spoon or pastry bag with a star tip.
  4. Optionally, dust the whipped cream with cocoa powder and/or dark chocolate shavings.
