Ingredients

  • 3/5 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (such as almond milk)
  • 2.80 oz firm silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or equivalent sugar substitute like stevia or Splenda)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1.60 oz brandy, bourbon, or rum (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine non-dairy milk, silken tofu, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground ginger, brandy (if using), and ice cubes.
  2. Blend for 45-60 seconds until the drink is creamy. Add more ice for a frostier texture, if desired.
