Ingredients
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz ume (plum wine)
- 1 small pitted ume plum
- 2 tsp simple syrup
- 1 dropper (about 0.75-1.5 mL) CBD oil or tincture (optional)
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/4 oz rice vinegar (or additional lime juice)
- 1 tsp egg white or 1 oz aquafaba (canned chickpea water for vegans)
- Splash of club soda for topping
- Matcha powder for garnish
- Green herb like mint for optional garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the plum until it becomes pulpy.
