Ingredients
- 1 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz. cream of coconut
- 1/4 tsp ground star anise
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- a pinch of ground cloves
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp star anise extract
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 oz. Barbancourt rhum
- freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, ground star anise, ground cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg, a pinch of ground cloves, vanilla extract, star anise extract, and lime juice.
- Blend the mixture until well combined.
- Add the Barbancourt rhum to the blender and mix until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass bottle and refrigerate for several hours to chill.
- To serve, pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
