Ingredients

  • 1 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz. cream of coconut
  • 1/4 tsp ground star anise
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • a pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp star anise extract
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 oz. Barbancourt rhum
  • freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, ground star anise, ground cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg, a pinch of ground cloves, vanilla extract, star anise extract, and lime juice.
  2. Blend the mixture until well combined.
  3. Add the Barbancourt rhum to the blender and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a glass bottle and refrigerate for several hours to chill.
  5. To serve, pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
