A tropical mai tai with a light sparkle from pineapple kombucha.
Ingredients
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 0.50 oz lime juice
- 1.25 oz light rum
- 0.25 oz triple sec
- Pinch of almond extract
- 2 oz pineapple kombucha
- Pinch of grenadine
- Pineapple slices for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add pineapple juice, lime juice, light rum, triple sec, and almond extract.
- Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with pineapple kombucha.
- Slowly pour grenadine over the top.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice.
