Tropical Jamaican Mule
A tropical twist on the classic mule cocktail, the Jamaican Mule features the flavors of Jamaica with aged rum, ginger syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz aged Jamaican rum (preferably Appleton Estate V/X)
- 1 oz ginger syrup
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Add 1/2 cup crushed ice and shake for about 5 seconds.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with candied ginger on a pick, a lime wheel, and an edible orchid.
