Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup white rum
  • 15 oz coconut cream
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 13.50 oz coconut milk
  • 0.50 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until it is well combined.
  3. Pour the coconut mixture into glass bottles and cover them.
  4. Transfer the bottles to the refrigerator and chill until cold.
  5. Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well to combine the mixture.
  6. Pour the coquito into small serving glasses.
  7. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
