Thanksgiving Harvest Punch
A delightful Thanksgiving-inspired punch featuring rye whiskey, honey, apple, and cinnamon, perfect for celebrating the fall harvest.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Boiled Water
- 2 dashes Bittered Sling's Kensington Market Bitters
- 1.50 oz Rye whiskey
- 1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Apple Cider
- 1/4 oz Freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz St Ambroise's Apricot Wheat Ale
- 2 Apple Slices
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- In a pitcher, mix the honey and boiled water until the honey dissolves.
- Fill the pitcher 1/3 full with ice.
- Add all the ingredients except the Apricot Wheat Ale and stir for about 20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a punch bowl and add a few large ice chunks to keep it chilled.
- When serving, pour into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with thinly sliced apple.
- Top it off with a splash (1/2 oz) of the Apricot Wheat Ale.
