Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Boiled Water
  • 2 dashes Bittered Sling's Kensington Market Bitters
  • 1.50 oz Rye whiskey
  • 1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Apple Cider
  • 1/4 oz Freshly squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz St Ambroise's Apricot Wheat Ale
  • 2 Apple Slices
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, mix the honey and boiled water until the honey dissolves.
  2. Fill the pitcher 1/3 full with ice.
  3. Add all the ingredients except the Apricot Wheat Ale and stir for about 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a punch bowl and add a few large ice chunks to keep it chilled.
  5. When serving, pour into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with thinly sliced apple.
  6. Top it off with a splash (1/2 oz) of the Apricot Wheat Ale.
