Ingredients

  • 2 oz Leblon cachaça
  • 1/2 oz Giffard vanille de Madagascar liqueur
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Earl Grey tea syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part brewed Earl Grey tea)
  • 3/4 oz heavy cream
  • 1 egg white
  • Chilled Fever Tree club soda, to top

Instructions

  1. Combine Leblon cachaça, vanilla liqueur, lime juice, Earl Grey tea syrup, heavy cream, and egg white in a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice (dry-shake).
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with chilled club soda.
