Strawberry Sunshine

This cocktail is reminiscent of a Bellini, but with the delightful twist of liquidized strawberries replacing the traditional white peach purée. The result is a refreshing and vibrant taste that captures the essence of a blossoming summer. If the strawberries are ripe and sweet, there's no need for added sugar. However, if the purée is too sharp, a touch of icing sugar can be added to balance the flavors.
