Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Tajín Clásico Seasoning
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2 ounces mezcal
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau

Instructions

  1. Spread the Tajín seasoning on a small saucer in an even layer.
  2. Cut a 1/4-inch-deep notch crosswise in the lime wedge.
  3. Moisten the rim of a chilled old-fashioned glass with the lime wedge, then roll the rim in the seasoning mix to coat it.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Cointreau, then fill the shaker with ice.
  5. Shake the mixture for about 15 seconds until fully combined and well chilled.
