A unique twist on the classic margarita, this smoky pineapple mezcal margarita is a tantalizing blend of mezcal, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Cointreau, garnished with a zesty Tajín seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Tajín Clásico Seasoning
- 1 lime wedge
- 2 ounces mezcal
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
Instructions
- Spread the Tajín seasoning on a small saucer in an even layer.
