Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons sugar (separated: 2 tablespoons and 1 tablespoon)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, caramelize 1 tablespoon of sugar with water over medium heat until light brown.
