Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlua (or coffee liquor)
  • 1.50 oz fresh brewed espresso (cooled, or strong cold brew coffee)
  • 1 oz half & half
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Crushed candy canes
  • 3 espresso beans

Instructions

  1. Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup and dip it in crushed candy canes.
  2. Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
  3. Add vodka, Kahlua, espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract to the shaker.
  4. Shake well for about 60 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Garnish with 3 espresso beans.
