Ingredients

  • 1 large, ripe yellow peach, chilled
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 3 oz peach ale, chilled
  • 3 oz Prosecco, chilled
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the ripe peach, cut it into pieces, and place them in a blender. Add the sugar and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the peach ale into the blender with the peach mixture and blend until well combined. Strain the peach puree through a sieve, allowing the foam to settle.
  3. Fill a chilled flute or tulip glass halfway with the peach puree.
  4. Slowly top it off with prosecco, pausing to allow the foam to subside.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme, if desired, and serve.
