Ingredients
- 1 large, ripe yellow peach, chilled
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3 oz peach ale, chilled
- 3 oz Prosecco, chilled
- Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the ripe peach, cut it into pieces, and place them in a blender. Add the sugar and blend until smooth.
- Pour the peach ale into the blender with the peach mixture and blend until well combined. Strain the peach puree through a sieve, allowing the foam to settle.
- Fill a chilled flute or tulip glass halfway with the peach puree.
- Slowly top it off with prosecco, pausing to allow the foam to subside.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme, if desired, and serve.
