Ingredients

  • 1/2 fresh peach, diced
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz peach nectar
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • 1/2 oz Grand Marnier liqueur

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle diced peaches, lime juice, and peach nectar.
  2. Add vodka and peach schnapps. Fill the shaker halfway with ice, then shake for 30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
  3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass or wine glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with ginger beer and add a floater of Grand Marnier on top.
  5. Garnish with additional fresh peach slices and a sprig of mint, if desired.
