Ingredients

  • 0.50 oz Galliano
  • 0.50 oz Lime juice
  • 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 0.50 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • Dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
  • 2 oz Akvavit

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, dry shake (without ice) all the ingredients except the Peychaud's bitters.
  2. Add some ice to the shaker, then shake hard again.
  3. Fine strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Add a few drops of Peychaud's bitters onto the top before serving.
