A citrusy and well-balanced cocktail with gin, dry curacao, lemon juice, dry vermouth, and a hint of sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz dry curacao
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Express lemon peel over the glass and drop in for garnish.
