Ingredients

  • Finely shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)
  • 3 oz white rum
  • 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • 0.50 oz blue Curaçao
  • 1.50 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Optional coconut rim: Moisten the rim of the glass and roll it in finely shredded coconut. Place the glass in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Add 2 cups of ice to the blender.
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour the blended cocktail into rocks glasses or similar vessels.
