Jack Frost's Blue Christmas Delight
A frosty blue Christmas cocktail with white rum, Grand Marnier, blue Curaçao, lime and pineapple juices, coconut water, and simple syrup, served with an optional coconut rim.
Ingredients
- Finely shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)
- 3 oz white rum
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 0.50 oz blue Curaçao
- 1.50 oz lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz coconut water
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Optional coconut rim: Moisten the rim of the glass and roll it in finely shredded coconut. Place the glass in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
- Add 2 cups of ice to the blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Pour the blended cocktail into rocks glasses or similar vessels.
