- 1/4 cup heavy cream (chilled)
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar (or less to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 cup hot, freshly brewed, strong black coffee
- Granulated sugar (to taste)
Instructions
