Ingredients
- 1.25 ounces Ginger Spice Cask & Crew Whiskey
- 0.50 ounce Fernet Branca
- 0.50 ounce cranberry simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 6 drops aromatic bitters
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine all ingredients except bitters.
- Dry shake the mixture (no ice) for 10-15 seconds to combine.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Optionally, top the egg white foam with bitters in a decorative pattern.
