Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Additional cold water, to taste
- Cold milk (optional)
Instructions
- In a frappé shaker, combine instant coffee, sugar, and 1/4 cup cold water.
- Seal the shaker and vigorously shake to create a thick froth.
- Pour the froth over ice in a glass.
- Fill the shaker with more cold water, swish it to collect any remaining froth, and pour into the glass.
