Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut (for garnish)
  • 3 oz ice (for a thicker drink, use 1 cup)
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.25 oz vodka (or light rum)
  • 0.25 oz Blue Curacao
  • 0.25 oz cream of coconut (not coconut milk)

Instructions

  1. On a small plate, place the shredded coconut.
  2. Wet the rim of a glass with simple syrup and gently dip the rim into the shredded coconut to coat it.
  3. Set the glass aside.
  4. In a blender, combine the ice, pineapple juice, vodka, blue curacao, and cream of coconut.
  5. Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour the Frosty Blue Piña into the prepared glass.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
