Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup (or simple syrup)
- 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut (for garnish)
- 3 oz ice (for a thicker drink, use 1 cup)
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 0.25 oz vodka (or light rum)
- 0.25 oz Blue Curacao
- 0.25 oz cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
Instructions
- On a small plate, place the shredded coconut.
- Wet the rim of a glass with simple syrup and gently dip the rim into the shredded coconut to coat it.
- Set the glass aside.
- In a blender, combine the ice, pineapple juice, vodka, blue curacao, and cream of coconut.
- Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the Frosty Blue Piña into the prepared glass.
