Ingredients

  • Rosemary sprig
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 6 oz sparkling apple juice

Instructions

  1. Cut rosemary into 1-inch pieces and place a few pomegranate seeds and a small sprig of rosemary into each well of an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze until solid, at least 12 hours.
  2. In a pitcher, combine pomegranate, pineapple, and orange juices. Add the sliced ginger and let it sit overnight or up to 24 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, place a few rosemary-infused ice cubes in a tall glass.
  4. Fill the glass halfway with the fruit juice mixture.
  5. Top with sparkling apple juice and serve immediately.
