Ingredients
- Rosemary sprig
- 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
- 1/3 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 3 tbsp pineapple juice
- 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 6 oz sparkling apple juice
Instructions
- Cut rosemary into 1-inch pieces and place a few pomegranate seeds and a small sprig of rosemary into each well of an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze until solid, at least 12 hours.
- In a pitcher, combine pomegranate, pineapple, and orange juices. Add the sliced ginger and let it sit overnight or up to 24 hours.
- When ready to serve, place a few rosemary-infused ice cubes in a tall glass.
- Fill the glass halfway with the fruit juice mixture.
- Top with sparkling apple juice and serve immediately.
