- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Spiced Rum
- 1/4 cup Brandy
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- Pinch of nutmeg
