Ingredients

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Spiced Rum
  • 1/4 cup Brandy
  • 1/4 cup Bourbon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolk and sugar until thick and pale.
  2. In another container, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, half and half, rum, brandy, bourbon, and vanilla extract.
