Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey, such as Jameson
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, egg, chocolate syrup, chocolate extract, coconut extract, vanilla extract, and Irish whiskey.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a sealed container and refrigerate.
- Before serving, shake or stir the Irish cream.
- Enjoy it chilled or over ice.
