  • 3/8 cup 2% milk
  • 1/8 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon condensed milk
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cognac
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine 2% milk, whipping cream, condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth, then chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Prior to serving, add Cognac (if desired) to the mixture and blend again to create a frothy texture.
  4. Pour the prepared mixture into a glass, leaving room for froth on top.
  5. Spoon the froth on top of the drink and sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg. Best served chilled.
