Ingredients
- 2 oz rumchata
- 2 oz creme de cacao
- 1 oz bourbon
- 1 oz half-and-half
- ice
- 1 tablespoon jarred caramel sauce, (microwaved)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped toasted pecans
- whipped cream and a whole pecan for garnish

- Spread caramel sauce on a small plate and finely chopped pecans on a second plate.
- Coat the rim of a martini glass with caramel, then dip it in the pecans.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine rumchata, creme de cacao, bourbon, half-and-half, and ice.
