Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. blackstrap rum
- 3/4 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. aged rum
- 1/4 oz. Campari
- 1/4 oz. cold brew coffee concentrate
- 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz. demerara syrup
- 1 tsp. crème de cacao
- 5 drops saline solution (10:1 salt to water)
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine the blackstrap rum, pineapple juice, aged rum, Campari, cold brew coffee concentrate, fresh lime juice, demerara syrup, and crème de cacao.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
