Ingredients

  • 1 oz. BACARDÍ(tm) Reserva Ocho Rum
  • 1/2 oz. unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 oz. unsweetened cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 oz. orange liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. rich demerara syrup
  • Garnish: Grated orange zest and coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine BACARDÍ(tm) Ocho, coconut milk, cold brew coffee, orange liqueur, and rich demerara syrup.
  2. Add two ice cubes, then shake the mixture vigorously for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with grated orange zest and coconut flakes.
