Coconut Coffee Delight
A versatile and delightful cocktail that combines the flavors of coconut milk, cold brew coffee, orange liqueur, and BACARDÍ(tm) Ocho Rum.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. BACARDÍ(tm) Reserva Ocho Rum
- 1/2 oz. unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 oz. unsweetened cold brew coffee
- 1/4 oz. orange liqueur
- 1/4 oz. rich demerara syrup
- Garnish: Grated orange zest and coconut flakes
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine BACARDÍ(tm) Ocho, coconut milk, cold brew coffee, orange liqueur, and rich demerara syrup.
- Add two ice cubes, then shake the mixture vigorously for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with grated orange zest and coconut flakes.
