Chai Spice Delight
A warm and comforting cocktail that combines the rich flavors of Gold-Tipped Assam Black Tea, ZEN Green Tea Liqueur, heavy cream, and aromatic chai spices.
Ingredients
- 3 oz ZEN Green Tea Liqueur
- 4 oz prepared Gold-Tipped Assam Black Tea
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- 3 crushed Cardamom Pods or 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 1 slice Fresh Ginger
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Cloves
Instructions
- Brew the Gold-Tipped Assam Black Tea and combine it with heavy cream and ZEN Green Tea Liqueur. Pour the mixture into a mug.
- To prepare the tea: Use 1 part cold and 5 parts boiling water to approximate 180 degrees F. Steep 1/4 cup dry tea leaves with 2 cups hot water for 2 minutes along with the chai spices.
- Strain the tea, reserving the cinnamon stick(s), and chill.
- Garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick.
