Celery Spritzdown
An herbaceous, refreshing, and slightly effervescent cocktail, the Celery Spritzdown is a unique take on the classic Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray soda. This cocktail incorporates the earthy flavor of celery, balanced with the brightness of lemon and the subtle kick of gin. The result is a delightful and complex drink that is perfect for sipping on a warm afternoon or as a pre-dinner aperitif.
