- 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Bacardi rum (light, white)
- 2.50 oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 2.50 oz coconut milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A dash of cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine water, sweetened condensed milk, rum, and vanilla.
- Add the cream of coconut and coconut milk, filling up to the 1 cup line.
- Secure the lid and blend gently until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
- Stir well before serving and shake vigorously.
