  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Bacardi rum (light, white)
  • 2.50 oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
  • 2.50 oz coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A dash of cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine water, sweetened condensed milk, rum, and vanilla.
  2. Add the cream of coconut and coconut milk, filling up to the 1 cup line.
  3. Secure the lid and blend gently until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
  5. Stir well before serving and shake vigorously.
  6. Pour into a small glass and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
