Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
  • 1/2 Bailey's Irish Cream (mini or about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream and chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a jar with a lid, pour milk (2% or whole milk) and shake vigorously for about a minute until foamy.
  2. Remove the lid and microwave the jar for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill a small glass with ice and pour coffee over it.
  4. Pour Baileys evenly over the coffee.
  5. Using a spoon, hold back the foam and pour a little milk into the glass. Then, spoon the foam on top of the latte.
  6. Optional: add whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top.
  7. Stir to combine and enjoy!
