Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 oz Pisco Acholado
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 drops Angostura or chuncho bitters
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Choose your preferred method: blender or shaker.
  2. If blending, combine all ingredients with 3 ice cubes and blend until smooth. If using a shaker, fill it with ice, add the other ingredients, and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Carefully hold back the froth with the lid of the shaker or blender, then pour the liquid into a chilled glass, ensuring a good head of foam remains.
  4. To serve, add 3 drops of bitters.
