Ingredients
- 5 1/2 oz Pisco Acholado
- 1 egg white
- 3 drops Angostura or chuncho bitters
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz sugar syrup
Instructions
- Choose your preferred method: blender or shaker.
- If blending, combine all ingredients with 3 ice cubes and blend until smooth. If using a shaker, fill it with ice, add the other ingredients, and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
- Carefully hold back the froth with the lid of the shaker or blender, then pour the liquid into a chilled glass, ensuring a good head of foam remains.
- To serve, add 3 drops of bitters.
