Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Signal Hill Whiskey
- 1 large spoonful of Apricot Jam
- 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 Egg White (or substitute with Aquafaba)
Instructions
- Add Signal Hill Whiskey, apricot jam, lemon juice, orange juice, and egg white to a shaker.
- Dry shake the ingredients vigorously without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the shaker becomes too cold to touch.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
