Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Signal Hill Whiskey
  • 1 large spoonful of Apricot Jam
  • 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 Egg White (or substitute with Aquafaba)

Instructions

  1. Add Signal Hill Whiskey, apricot jam, lemon juice, orange juice, and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake the ingredients vigorously without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the shaker becomes too cold to touch.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
