Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 to 2 ounces Baileys Irish cream (more or less to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, cocoa powder, and sugar. Whisk until the cocoa powder and sugar dissolve and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
